1.There is a safety committee on board of every ship. 2.Our Minister may exclude ships or categories of ships from the provisions in the previous paragraph. 3.The safety committee has the duty to advise the master on taking measures for accident prevention on board.

The composition of the safety committee is determined by Our Minister.

The master appoints the members of the safety committee in compliance with Article 26 f
