By decree of Our Minister regulations will be given for the manner in which the additions or restrictions, mentioned in Article 4, will be entered onto the appropriate certificate.

By Regulation of Our Minister the professional requirements are established for obtaining a Knowledge Document for the benefit of the issue of a Certificate of Competency and for the Evidences of Competence and written evidences as referred to in this section.
